By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you agree to receive recurring automated and manual text messages (SMS and MMS) from Manifest Dallas and your assigned personal trainer.

Program Description: Messages include appointment reminders, workout plan updates, facility announcements, and marketing offers.

Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interaction with your trainer.

Cost: Message and data rates may apply from your wireless carrier.

Support: For help, reply HELP to any message or contact us at [email protected].

Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any text message. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed.

3. Personal Trainer Services

Manifest Dallas provides a platform to connect users with independent personal trainers. While we facilitate the connection, the specific training advice, scheduling, and individual sessions are managed between you and your selected coach.

4. User Conduct and Consent

You represent that the phone number you provide belongs to you and that you have the authority to consent to receive messages at that number. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase for any goods or services.

5. Limitation of Liability

Manifest Dallas and its trainers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. T-Mobile and other carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

6. Privacy

Your use of our SMS service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which states that no mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
